The IGY6 DEFENSE IFAK, designed for versatile use on the battlefield or at home stateside. This IFAK is packed with essential medical supplies to handle emergencies efficiently. Its compact size ensures easy portability and quick access when needed. We made this two-piece design to attach directly on Molle and pull the contents out with our unique paracord pull handles while the main piece stays attached. Inside of the IFAK are adjustable Velcro pieces which allow you to place the contents where you’d like. You can even throw the inner piece in your jeans back pocket which is why we added an additional SWAT-T tourniquet. Whether you’re in the field or going about your daily activities, this IFAK is your reliable companion for any situation.
