Design Philosophy
Built to Adapt With the Mission
Operational requirements change quickly. A carrier that works for one assignment may need to be reconfigured for another. The SPC-X was created to provide a stable foundation that can be scaled from a streamlined loadout to a fully equipped operational configuration.
The reinforced weight-bearing cummerbund provides the structure needed to support side armor, ammunition, communications, medical, and other mission equipment. Quick-release hardware allows rapid removal while maintaining a secure operational fit.
Both sides of the cummerbund provide MOLLE capability. The internal surface incorporates Velcro MOLLE, giving the user the ability to attach Velcro-mounted side armor pouches directly to the cummerbund while still retaining the ability to mount equipment that uses traditional MOLLE attachment.
The back of the SPC-X incorporates a fast on-and-off zipper panel system. This provides a modular attachment point for compatible rear panels, including the SPC-X Hydration Pack, allowing rear-panel configurations to be installed or removed quickly.
Thin padded shoulder straps reduce unnecessary bulk, while the breathable padded mesh interior and adjustable cummerbund help maintain comfort during movement, vehicle work, and extended wear.
