Can vouch that it does in fact stop green tip. How do I know? I shot it. And it stopped it easily, with minimal back face deformation. Great weight, came as advertised around 3.4lb. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

They just arrived in the mail about 24hours after I ordered them. They are so much lighter then I would have expected and they fit in my plate carrier (Agilite) nice and snug.
Also I had 2 conversations on the phone with Jake the owner. He was super helpful helping me pick the right plates and didn't mind answering all my questions.

These sell out for a reason... don't hesitate to grab a pair when in stock. Very light 3+ protection on my plates and great design and fit. Pairs great with the Iron Lion plate carrier. I also added the 3a side plates and soft armor plates.. the design is flexible to do anything you want with Molle everywhere in all the right places. Quick and easy to configure and reconfigure depending on the shift requirements. Even for those with different brand plate carriers, we recommend these plates and they fit perfectly in them.
